How do I allow PointClickCare pop-ups?

Allow pop-ups for PointClickCare while keeping the blocker enabled for other websites.

Google Chrome

  1. Open the PointClickCare page and retry the action that opens a window.
  2. If Chrome shows a blocked-pop-up icon in the address bar, select it and allow pop-ups and redirects from that site.
  3. Alternatively, open Settings → Privacy and security → Site settings → Pop-ups and redirects. Add [*.]pointclickcare.com to the allowed sites.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Settings → Privacy, search, and services → Site permissions → All permissions.
  2. Open Pop-ups and redirects. Keep blocking enabled.
  3. Under the allowed-sites list, choose Add site and enter the full HTTPS address of the PointClickCare site you use.

Reload the page and try again. If your organization manages these settings, ask CareServ to configure the exception.
