Do I still need MeadCo ScriptX to print from PointClickCare?

No—do not use the old Internet Explorer/MeadCo installation instructions. PointClickCare’s general technical specifications explicitly list Internet Explorer 8–11 and the MeadCo ScriptX add-on as unsupported.

If a report will not open or print

Use an up-to-date browser supported for your PointClickCare application and operating system.
Allow PointClickCare pop-ups and retry the report.
Ask CareServ to check report permissions and PDF/browser-extension problems if the report remains blank.

The previous Script.msi download and installation procedure has been retired from this FAQ. Have CareServ review any remaining legacy printing dependency.
