How do I log into PointClickCare?
- Open PointClickCare’s official login page in a supported browser.
- Enter the username issued by your organization, including its organization prefix when required.
- Select Next. Complete the sign-in and authentication prompts shown for your organization.
The current login screen starts with Username and Next, and offers Remember my organization. It does not show the old username-and-password form described in the previous FAQ.
Use your organization’s approved authentication method. If prompted for MFA, complete the configured verification.
Can’t sign in?
Contact your facility security administrator or helpdesk for account recovery. PointClickCare Support does not reset facility users’ passwords. Do not rely on the former claim that every locked account unlocks after five minutes.
